Changed broadband on BT offer, should get £30 Mastercard card and £100 M&S vouchers, got card from BT but £100 M&S from Uswitch nevert got, send lots of emails to Uswitch and tried to speak to them via phone but its impossible, never got reply to any send email, dont rely on offers as when you try to claim it- its impossible, i wish I never switched via Uswitch as now cannot cancel order so will overpay for next 18 months, it would be cheaper overally if I got promised vouchers, nut I learned a lesson, never ever again
