I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company services. Is a proper scam!
We payed 5 weeks ago for the engineer to fix our washing machine.
The engineer come to our address and said it will order the parts and come to fix the washing machine in 48 hours. After 48 hours Domestix phoned saying that we need to pay an extra £170 for the parts, which we payed. And we still waiting for the machine to be fixed, apparently the parts are out of stock and Domestix “doesn’t do refunds.”
