I don’t usually write reviews but I was really impressed by the customer service from Van Essentials. Within a few minutes of ordering I was called to discuss my order. As it turned out I had the wrong model so after some help, my order was amended. The roof rack was delivered the following day. I can’t fault the customer service and would recommend to anyone.
