I tried the Rise and Anew treatment for the first time today with Hayley. It was the BEST massage I've ever had! It's been a while since I last had a treatment with Hayley and it really was needed. The technique that she used in the treatment was not only firm but also so relaxing, particularly where I hold a lot of tension. Other therapists do not always get this balance right but Hayley always does. Hayley is a genuinely lovely and caring person. This comes across in the way in which she offers her treatments. She has always made me feel comfortable and nothing is ever too much. I booked my next treatment with her straight after today's treatment and it's another treatment I haven't tried before!
