I've spent quite a few hours thinking about writing this review. I'll be honest, I feel like I was mentally writing it during the treatment! This is my second massage treatment with Hayley at Calm (2 separate types/styles of massage) and while the first one was incredible (I've since bought vouchers for 2 friends so they can experience how fabulous it is), the second one (rise anew) was quite possibly the best massage I've EVER had. And I've had a LOT of massages. Hayley is able to combine superb professionalism (always explaining the steps of the treatment thoroughly and the objective of each section) with a serene calmness that makes you feel safe, secure and relaxed. Throughout the massage Hayley's energy is intuitive and focused. She expertly moves around your body applying just the right amount of pressure for just the right amount of time. It's like she reads your mind! As mentioned, I've had a lot of massages. Without sounding like a privileged so-and-so, I've been fortunate to travel extensively over the years and I always try to get a massage wherever I go from a £10 massage in a hut in Thailand to a £100 massage at a five star resort and everything in between. Since going through cancer (twice) in recent years I am much more sensitive than I used to be and so a little anxiety usually accompanies me with each treatment.  It's so important to find someone who silently connects with you and your body and is able to read and absorb your reaction/vibe. Hayley intrinsically knows the human body on a physical level but also in a way I've not experienced anywhere else. During the treatment she seems entirely dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to try her other treatments. Thoroughly recommend.
