Fantastic customer service! Ordered wood floor cleaning and maintenance products. They were meant to be in same colour but ordered two different colours by mistake. Received a call from Vanilla floors customer service, checking if i ordered the two colours by mistake. They amended the order and sent the delivery very next day. Will definitely use them again.
