I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion, I feel I have to as I have never received such a good level of customer service in response to an incorrect order being delivered. I emailed the company to let them know the order I received was wrong, and I was responded to straight away by a very pleasant member of staff (Harry) apologising for the error and resending my initial order as a priority. I was then asked to return the incorrect items and was refunded the postage charge within minutes of sending the receipt. Quick, efficient and polite service and it’s therefore not put me off of shopping from vape club in the future.
