The purchase and installation process was good, but the recommended product (Meta Trak) was completely ineffective. At the first time of asking, the tracker failed to send an alert, failed to track the car, failed to gather any journey or GPS data. A complete waste of time and money and the car is gone. Install a Ghost or better still, a ‘manual’ ignition or similar cut-off that no-one will find. Save you a load of money and heartache.
