I personally would not even provide Victorian Plumbing one star after my recent experience with them. After placing an order for three branded shower screens with side panels, we received two correct with the third being a completely different brand with a different height to the side panels. Because of this, it could not be fitted. I provided customer services with all the necessary information (Photographs of the incorrect item, order confirmation and invoice). Each time I provided them with information, the agents came up with a new excuse as to why this happened. First I was told it was my error, even though I had provided the email confirmation proving they had provided the wrong screen. Second, they told me that because the shower screen I ordered was out of stock (even though it stated 'in stock' online) they took it upon themselves to provide a different shower screen without my consent and they then began to revert back to requesting photographs and order confirmations that I had already provided to them, saying they had never received them. I have now had to stop pursuing the matter as the issue was not being resolved and making me extremely stressed and anxious. I have now lost out on money as well as wasted my time trying to resolve an issue that customer services clearly did not to help me with. I have also had to pay twice for the shower screen from another supplier in order to complete the project. I would not recommend Victorian Plumbing and will never be using them again.
