Item did not arrive (2 weeks), emailed the company regarding a refund but no reply and after reading other reviews, looks like I can kiss my money goodbye. Wont be using again teach me for shopping on price alone! If a company wont repay £14.70 to someone they owe it too, that's pretty sad!
