I would like to give 5 starts for the engineer Irfan who came and not only fixed the boiler but explained how to set up the the heating and water temperature as well. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. He was very polite and helpful person.
But I can give only one star for the customer service as both ladies I talked to to book an appointment was very rude.
So average will be 3 stars.
