First of all my huge thanks to Paul on the VWH help desk who patiently found the answers to all my questions, busy liaising with the Product Manager who was finding the answers on an actual T4 seat, great service! That said, however, despite the description these were NOT just a matter of simply slipping over the existing covers, oh no there is much more to it than that and to say fitted in minutes is a wild underestimation, I was amazed that no instructions were included. I spent a good couple of days fitting them and towards the end found that they were ‘t suitable for my van!! VWH were very good and gave me the opportunity to return them but having invested so much time and effort I opted to keep them and persevere to the end and I modified them to suit the lumbar support side. So in summary, my overall impression is that they look very nice and I am very pleased (van looks great) BUT they are very, very frustrating to fit. Once again just to say top marks to VWH for their patience and support.
