I am in the process of transition from Sausage Sanctuary to W&D. When I change the flavour of SS either one or another of my dogs have an upset tummy and all have bad breath. I was surprised when I opened the W&D bag as it looked like pony nuts. Only giving them small amounts yet with the SS kibble and wetting with tin meat but no issues yet. Will review again
