Just back from 3 weeks along the 'Garden Route' arranged by Angus --- Our first trip with Walks in Africa and we would fully recommend them to anyone! We wanted a combination of outdoor activities, sightseeing and quality/atmospheric accommodation. Angus has excellent local knowledge and contacts with very good guides and service providers. He was flexible and responsive in combining his suggestions with some of our specific requests and ideas and very good at communicating everything throughout the booking process. Our final very personalised programme included: some hiking (in the Cape and Green Mountain Trail (GMT)): Golf at Fancourt, a short Safari stay and plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, etc. The guides (Frank in the Cape and Andreas+Patrick GMT) were great company and the accommodation/service/hospitality throughout the trip was consistently very good despite at times the inconvenience of S Africa's daily power outages.
