Wallet investor is very quick to take your money and hide behind "terms and conditions" regarding subscriptions, forgetting that customer service and showing some understanding and empathy to individual customer circumstances might help them achieve better reviews. You'll also notice that many customers are not leaving "anonymous" reviews but wallet investor is saying they are and leaving a standard scripted response. If you want bad investment advice and terrible customer service, definitely use these guys.
