a zero customer service. l paid to see if the stock forcasting analysis is working. l was wrong they never ever can predict long term or short term. l have all screen shot their forcasting. its ridiculously wrong; however by mistake l paid for a year then , they charges me without my knowledge. l paid for one year and they charged me again for one more year. l asked for refund, they rejected to refund ; and suspended my account. l dont know their rational reason. you charged me then why suspended? l paid for the service.
