I went to WED2B with no expectations having heard mixed reviews and being the first bridal shop I went to. I went in at 2pm on a Thursday and they served me right away. Michelle was my Stylist at the Camberley store and she listened to what I wanted and we picked out some dresses together. After 2 or 3 I started to feel disheartened and so Michelle went to pick a couple that she felt suited me. She clearly knew me better than I know myself as I fell in love! I don’t make big decisions right away and I wanted to try more dresses on from the idea that I had in my head for so many years, so I came back a couple of times and when I did choose my dress I found a couple of make-up marks on the skirt. WED2B sent it away for specialist cleaning and allowed me to check it thoroughly and try it on again when I came back the next time to collect it. It’s been a few weeks now since meeting Michelle and purchasing my dress but her knowledge of what suits my skin tone and body shape has made me feel more confident when shopping for general clothes and more confident in my own style! She is a Wonder Woman :-) TLDR: Pros: Very comfortable with Stylist who asked no prying questions on why I was shopping alone and an having such a small wedding; no pushy selling; good selection of dresses; huge changing rooms; flexible with deposit due to marks on dress; no long queue to be seen. Cons: Carpet a little dirty in the changing area and needs replacing; EVERYTHING is charged extra - hangers (!!!), dress bags, petticoats, dress boxes; no credit purchasing facility
