I visited your Stockport store on Sunday. I was very nervous and genuinely not thinking that I would find anything that would be suitable or make me feel confident. I was met by Carol on arrival. Carol took the time to find out what I wanted and was so relaxed with me that I could not help but feel better. She allowed us time to browse through all of the dresses and offered guidance when she was asked, which was a lot by me! After choosing a selection of dresses we went to the changing rooms. I was beyond nervous about getting undressed, but she was just so lovely. Her approach was perfect, her reassuring manner left me happy to be helped into the dresses. I found my dress and am so excited to wear it on my special day. I cannot recommend the store enough. The range of dresses I think would allow everyone to find their special dress, but more importantly the way you are treated in this store is so wonderful. You will be treated with kindness, patience and care. Thank you so much Carol for making my experience so special ❤️
