I bought a climbing wall, and I was not told that it was coming from abroad. The wall took a long time to arrive (7 weeks), and when it finally did, one of the parts was damaged. The company has done what is in its hands to resolve the issue, but more clarity before the purchase would have been better to avoid disappointments
