I had two teeth extracted on Tuesday evening and as it was a late afternoon appointments was very worried as not an easy journey up M5 . I saw Mr McMillan and his lovely nurse and after he had had a chat talked me through it the anxiety had all but gone . Mr McMillan explained everything as he talked me through the whole procedure in a way I could understand and as one tooth broke he showed me the instrument s he was using to get it out . I felt very relaxed and calm and that is due to Mr McMillan s caring ,gentle and reassuring manner I cannot speak more highly of him . I would never hesitate to go back if another problem arises .
