The product I got was defective and brittle and broke on the first run I contacted wheelspin for advise on what to do and the first thing I was told we don't replace crash damage I said its brittle and probably a defective product they were having none of it.
I contacted horizon customer support sent pictures they agreed it was not supposed to be like that and sent me a part to fix it.
I have been purchasing my products from rochester rc and have had great interactions and free delivery its great highly recommend.
