We’ve always used wheelspin models and have brought 2 nitro cars over the past 5years or so. Last week we spent a total of £70 on parts including a pull start for our 1 hpi (We’ve had this model for 5 years and it’s the first time we have had to change the pull start). As soon as we got home we put it on and tried it and it broke on first pull without even starting the car. We called the shop and spoke to someone called SIMON who said bring it back and I’ll take a look at it. So that’s what we did living 14 miles away the following week, to be told by a very rude SIMON that its not under warranty and they can’t change it. I’m completely disgusted with the service I received, and will not be using Wheelspin Models again and as for SIMON he is really in the wrong industry.
