The cleaning was generally very good but the areas that were heavily stained were only marginally cleaner. I had thought that as you had said it would all be done with a heavy duty cleaner, that all these areas would be thoroughly cleaned. I didn't say anything at the time as the cleaner had already finished and packed all the very heavy cleaning equipment into his car BEFORE calling me downstairs to look at the work. I decided not to make a fuss but as you are specifically asking, there's no point in me not telling you the truth.
