The man that came was very polite and friendly. Started cleaning my front room carpet, it took him about 15 minutes to do half of it. I said to him I am going around the corner to the garage because I needed to get some money. Cycled their , was about 15 to 20 minutes, no more. Opened the front door to see him at the bottom of mt stairs finished. Not possible. I said to him that surely you can't be finished already, he said it was a really good machine. My front room carpet is fine, my bedroom and hall and stairs, don't look like they have been cleaned. He has rushed to get finished. He kept going on how clean my carpets were compared to other peoples, I am going to have to get my bedroom, hall, and stairs cleaned again. Look worse now then they were before.
