I bought a Weber Q 3200 bbq, griddle plate, rotisserie, rotisserie basket and some rotisserie skewers. So far I have only cooked sausages and burgers on the BBQ. I was impressed there were no fat flare ups and the burgers had professional looking sear marks on. I have also cooked chicken on the griddle plate to a South American recipe which I served with saffron rice and avocado salsa. The BBQ is really well built, easy to light and to control the temperature. I think it will definitely outlast me, age 71. My wife went a bit mad when I bought it, but now she sees it is light years better than our previous bbq which was 23 years old and didn’t heat evenly. I would thoroughly recommend this BBQ and the accessories to anyone
