I Ordered the BBQ and received it the next day, I was kept up to date with the delivery via the courier. Unfortunately a part was damaged on arrival. I sent an email with the broken piece and had a reply the next day saying that a replacement part was being sent out. This came a day or so later and was packed very well. Overall a great experience given by the team at WOWBBQ and I would recommend them.
