I sent a document for them to write for me, the writer did not follow the instructions and when I told them to do it again, the writer insulted me and was very rude to me and told me that he would not do it again, I asked for my money back and they told me a manager would contact me and I'm still waiting for them to contact me and my money still hasn't been returned to me.
