We loved the boat party we went on! Carl was so amazing sorting things out and explaining everything! Although only 3 starts because the rep Aaron really let us down. Rude and obnoxious, not helpful at-all and pushed money out of us constantly. We didn’t go to the after party we had paid for because he told me it was “your problems not mine” that I couldn’t eat the food as I’m allergic and was told I could be catered for if I let the rep know, but Aaron seemed to not give 2 about me and my friends. If I ever come back I won’t be dealing with Aaron ever again. Harry was amazing and really helpful
