Reasons for saying this: Their customer service is very rude and unhelpful, they treat people like gambling scum... you send e-mail nobody respond..and then they asking document as if they are asking like your life story…they asked me for a payment method was six month ago… suddenly !!!!…that is, they been making play games six months.. i lost,i win,i deposit&withdraw money no thick…They say they are proud of their customer service, but no one cares or bothers to respond to the e-mails I send. They say they are abiding by the rules, I respect them, but they ask for documents when they feel like it {I have already sent whatever documents are needed} but they do whatever they want... that is, according to their type. ...I followed the rules and did whatever they asked, but suddenly they say we won't pay, brother....now i have won some money causing all kinds of difficulties to avoid paying.. I will report my complaint to all the places I can complain, do not be a toy in the hands of such malicious people. Thank you for reading my story..
