Purchased goggles for my son for Christmas and did not realize that ProSwimwear was located in Great Britain but that explained the longer delivery time to NY. Despite the distance and cost of sending a replacement, Vivian and ProSwimwear handled my issue with the goggles in an expedient and professional manner and a replacement pair of goggles are on their way!
