I sent my BACtrack S80 in to be calibrated and upon analysis the units sensor coulod not be calibrated. Instead of taking my $25.00 prepaid fee, BACtrack offered me a replacement unit at a significant discount! All told, with the return of my calibration fee and the discount I was able to get a new unit at a very good price. Thank you BACtrack for keeping a long term customer very happy!
