Ordered a Kamado Bono limited with the £75 voucher on the 27th March, on the 1st April informed that the bbq was damaged, offered another voucher as a thanks for waiting. On the 3rd informed by smokers and grills that Kamado are giving 20% off for an easter promotion so was credited back that money which was a bonus, bbq finally arrived on the 5th May after being delivered by an incompetent courier, minus any of the vouchers which were offered. Over a month we had to wait for this bbq just for this lot to reap the benefits from Kamado and not honour the voucher for having to wait a month, wish I'd bought from somewhere else now.
