Content was fine, but the fee based service offerings at the end including a fee to email me a copy of my completion cert (which was later then given free) was irritating to say the least. The most extreme example was being asked to pay $18.99 to do what you're simply supposed to do p/ the origninal course fee of $19.99 (properly submit my info to the court & DMV that I have completed the course). Mess that up, and I will make it a point to ensure the world knows you screwed up a basic & essential task! That said, it's all that prevented you from a 5 star review and 10 out of 10 re: my the recommendation to others.
