The class was well organized and simple. You can go through as quickly or slowly as you want. The material is written, and then you take a quick quiz at the end of each chapter. An audible player option is included as well. The customer service is excellent. I saw on local reviews that some of the other providers had issues with sending the certificate to the court, so I chose this one for their customer service. The only thing I would recommend they change and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is to offer an option for videos or simply include some videos in key places. I think that would make this course more effective.
