Prekę gavau ne po 1-2 dienų, o trečią dieną. Antrą dieną pradėjau ieškoti, kodėl prekė vis dar nepriststyta, skambinau į Bitę. Pirmas konsultantas padėjo ragelį nieko nepaaiškinęs, tada skambinau antrą kartą. Tiesa, konsultantė maloniai bendravo, bet iš pradžių sakė, kad turiu skambinti į kurjerių bendrovę (DPD) ir pati aiškintis, bet po mano pretenzijų ,skambino į tą bendrovę pati .Pinigai už prekę buvo sumokėti iš karto, o prekės reikėjo laukti tris dienas.😪
