Love your teachers, agility in reducing subscriptions to keep them relevant, your face to face facilities (when they're open) and love your quick response to queries. I find the technology for the live streaming and even the videos really frustrating. The service stalls every time someone joins the live stream and even during the video sessions for no reason. This does not happen with youtube videos so not sure what the problem is. I have & want to continue to support Mind Body during this time but can the technology be improved?
