Bisher habe ich nur eine Brotmischung gebacken, die sehr schmackhaft war. Im mitgelieferten Brotbeutel war das Brot auch nach drei Tagen noch sehr frisch. Bin schon auf die zweite Bachmischung gespannt. Absolut empfehlenswert.
