Fantastic customer service! I am not very good at doing things online and I was having trouble logging into my account so I emailed the company and received an email and spoke to a member of the team over the phone who asked how the wedding planning was going and genuinely showed an interest in my day. Sorted it out straight away for me (my missis had signed up with her Facebook not email) very happy with the whole site and would like to mention Ava personally as she was so lovely and understanding 10/10 customer service!
