I was in the process of remortgaging my house and reviewing my insurances. I had a great call with Lauren who advised me to investigate a potential cancer claim before cancelling any of my existing insurance plans. In 2016 I was diagnosed with Skin cancer and never thought to investigate a claim as I didn't feel it was that critical. Lauren talked me through the process, filled in all the paperwork liaised with my existing insurance provider and last week I was notified I will be getting a full pay out 7 years later after being diagnosed!!!
