I went in the shop today asking about servicing my sewing machine. The extremely helpful lady looked at it, re threaded it, explained I had the wrong foot on it and
the bobbin stopper was missing. She adjusted the tension setting and tested it, all working perfectly. No need for a service. She was so friendly and helpful. Thank you.
