I experienced fantastic customer service from this company. I bought several bags of confetti only to learn that my wedding venue did not allow confetti - I contacted Confetti Bee Ltd. who very kindly refunded me the full total. It later transpired that the venue changed their policy, so I was able to repurchase from Confetti Bee Ltd. I am really happy with the product and very grateful to the team for their help.
