I was very impressed with the service, callback delivery via Australia Post and particularly the quality of the product. Bit surprised that the aircon covers were silver-grey when I believe they were advertised as black but it's no so important. They seem well made and I like the fact that there are straps to tighten the base and a "velcro zip" to enable fitting over pipes etc. I have already recommended the product to my neighbours. Thank you.
