Products are not made in Australia and I experienced some quality issues. The staff are really friendly & made an effort to ensure that a replacement was provided. They also spent some time with me to check the replacement product and reinforce some parts with some extra stitching in the workshop which was appreciated. Good customer service but if you are picking up direct, take the product out and check it while you are there.
