Ordered three pairs of lenses. One was torn in package and the other tore as soon as it touched my finger. Contacted Customer Service and they sent replacement. Waited two more weeks and got the replacement and once again the lens was torn. Contacted customer service again and they replied someone would get back to me by 8 am. No one did so I messaged again and got an automated reply that my info was invalid. I tried several times after with same response. I then went to their website and logged into my account and filled out the for. Of course errored out again twice. It seems this company is declining communication from me without valid reason. I was polite and professional in my comments and it seems I will not get any resolution.
