Eric Carr was very relatable, not pushy, respectful of my time, and explained how he could help me get rid of my credit card debt faster as it was taking a considerable amount of my income just to meet the minimum payments I have been paying for years. They also have not gone down much since I cannot pay much above the minimum. He was upfront about the credit score drop, which was my main concern. He explained how I could easily bring it back up when I pay off my debts. The graph I was shown was what did it for me (as well as the affordable payments) I did not have ANY idea how much I was paying in interest fees/ that there was such a program to help people who are struggling. I am so excited to start this program, I am very hopeful that my debt will be resolved for good!
