I was surprised by how robust the blinds are. In hindsight, I would not have gotten them opening both top and bottom as I can't reach the top and they slip down if I close them too fast.
Excellent customer service from Ellie after I realised I couldn't open my window and needed a spacer. Top marks. Would buy again from the company.
