Product: It is a new tighthead drum barrel with a little rough surface outside the whole. A smooth surface will be much better.
Service: Specially thanks to Eric as the delivery department is very careless I gain help from Eric 3 times to get back all the parts finally. I still not using these barrels but I can feel their sturdy and the weight of them.
