Hallo,
wegen der Zusammensetzung von Magnesiumcitrat u. Bisglycinat hatte ich mich für ihr Produkt entschieden.
Die Tabletten sind für mich aber zum Schlucken viel zu groß. Auch geteilt bekomme ich durch die Bruchkanten beim Schlucken einen Hustenreiz, sodass ich sie versuche in Wasser aufzulösen, ohne zu wissen, ob die Wirkung dadurch verändert wird. In dieser Form würde ich sie deshalb nicht wieder bestellen. Ich würde Kapseln oder Pulverform bevorzugen.
