I am always wary of taking the leap of faith on products advertised on Instagram, but every now and then I bump into one that the algorithms so perfectly set upon my path. My physical and mental health have improved immensely since I started using my FeetUp, and there's no going back! What first seemed like daunting inversion yoga poses and unattainable desires to want to be able to do handstands has now become a dream come true since I've started incorporating the FeetUp in my yoga and pilates routines. It has become my go-to in strengthening my core muscles but also in increasing my confidence in my practice.
