Great service, very quick to respond to an email enquiry after the order was placed and the order arrived very quickly.
The mat is superb, previously I had a small mat that contained a high proportion of man-made fibres, I did not dry our cats (we have 7) paws adequately and I had tonput newspaper down. This one works very well.
